We are all in the same boat!
We are a dragon boat team consisting of breast cancer survivors and their supporters who, through the sport of dragon boating, provide support and encouragement to those with a breast cancer diagnosis in our community.
For over 25 years, the Dragons of Hope have paddled and raced in Thunder Bay, across Canada and even internationally. We encourage anyone who has had a breast cancer diagnosis to join us.

Paddling to France
We are currently fundraising to participate in the IBCPC Dragon Boat Festival in France in August of 2026…our recent efforts have included a Learn to Line Dance Hoedown, which was a whole lot of fun and next up we are hosting the World Tour Paddling Film Festival on May 7, 2026…see our Facebook page for details – tickets are available on Eventbrite!
